New Employer Becomes Carer Positive

We are thrilled to announce that Dumfries and Galloway Advocacy Service is the latest employer to become recognised as a Carer Positive employer!

From their application, it was clear there is an open and supportive working culture in the organisation. The organisation encourage members of staff to identify themselves as carers and provide compassion and flexibility in order to enable caring responsibilities to be undertaken without detriment.
