Award certificate presented to Art in Healthcare

We were delighted to be able to present Art in Healthcare with their Engaged Carers Positive award on Wednesday last week. Richard Meade, Director of Carers Scotland, visited the Art in Healthcare offices in Edinburgh to present their certificate.

It is clear that there is a very strong foundation of support for carers in place at the organisation, and this is reflected in their core culture and values. It was excellent to see how carers are welcomed to identify themselves from the recruitment and induction phase onwards, and that can access practical wellbeing support and flexibility in how they undertake their roles.

Well done to everyone at Art in Healthcare who has been involved in building this support for members of staff who are carers, we are excited to see how this develops in the future.
