Harvey Nash Become a Carer Positive Employer

Harvey Nash have become the lastest employer to be recognised with a Carer Positive award.

There is a strong culture of support embedded in Harvey Nash, which is clearly communicated from the highest level within the organisation. Support for carers is reinforced through individual meetings and via an Inclusion Passport, as well as in the form of flexibility and other practical support. 

The CEO and Directors also share their personal experiences with caring, which must really help staff across all levels feel more comfortable about recognising and identifying themselves as carers as well as seeing the creative use of flexibility to manage caring responsibilities.
