Carers Week 2023: Edrington becomes a Carer Positive Employer

We are pleased to announce that Edrington is the latest employer to be recognised as Carer Positive. Sue met with the team at its headquarters in Glasgow last week to present the certificate.

Edrington is an international premium spirits company, and its brands include The Macallan, Highland Park and The Famous Grouse.

The organisation was able to show that a lot of work has been done to build a strong foundation of support for staff who are carers, and there is a genuine commitment to fostering a work environment where carers feel valued and their health and well-being is supported.

Edrington has created an excellent global Carers Policy, which includes five days paid leave, as well as other resources, such as the Conversation Guide designed to help enable conversations between carers and their managers.
